Refund Policy
Cancel anytime. Here’s exactly how refunds work
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Who this covers
This policy covers every paid G-Lab Studio product: Care, Growth, G-Guest and G-Social. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — your receipt and payment method are held by them, not by us.
The one-time website fee (Care, €99)
If you cancel before we’ve started building or before you’ve approved a first draft, it’s a full refund, no questions. Once your site is built and live, the one-time fee covers the work already delivered and isn’t refundable — but if something is genuinely broken or not what we agreed, tell us and we’ll fix it or make it right.
Monthly plans (Care €19/mo, G-Guest €49/mo, G-Social)
Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for — we don’t refund the unused part of a current month, and we don’t charge a cancellation fee.
If you cancel G-Guest, your booking widget stops taking new bookings, but your guest data is kept — nothing is deleted. Turn it back on and it picks up where you left off.
Growth (€199/mo, 3-month minimum)
Growth is sold as a 3-month engagement because visibility work is a process, not a switch — we say this upfront, on the pricing page, before you buy. Within that first 3 months, refunds and early cancellation aren’t available except if we fail to deliver the work we agreed to. After the 3 months, you can cancel, pause or downgrade anytime, same as any monthly plan above.
Something went wrong on our end
Billed twice, charged after you cancelled, or a feature you paid for genuinely doesn’t work — email us before opening a chargeback. We look into it within a day and refund immediately if we got it wrong.
How to request a refund or cancel
Use the "Manage subscription" link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt or welcome email, or email hello@g-lab.studio — either way, no phone call, no retention pitch.
