Every booking, every guest, remembered
G-Guest is the G-Lab booking system. Guests book a real slot and are confirmed on the spot — with the right table or master, reminders that show up, and a guest book that quietly writes itself. Anything with a calendar and limited spots, it runs.
The place that remembers its guests is the place guests come back to.
Live on this page — not a mockup
Don't read about it. Book a table right now
This is the real G-Guest widget, running live against a demo restaurant. Pick a table, a day, a time — exactly what your guests would see on your site.
The exact same widget goes onto your website with one line of code — your name, your tables, your brand.
How a booking flows
One booking, and everything stays yours
No marketplace in the middle taking a cut and keeping your guests. The whole path runs on your own site — and ends with you.
Your own site
A guest arrives on your site — not a marketplace
Books a real slot
Picks a time and is confirmed on the spot
Becomes a guest
Named, reminded, and remembered next time
You keep the money
No per-booking cut — not even on regulars
Contacts stay yours
The guest book is yours to keep and export
The platforms rent you diners and keep the list. Here, the guest was always yours.
The freedom of never chasing a booking
No phone tag, no double-checking who’s coming, no chasing confirmations. Guests book, and it’s simply done.
Confirmed on the spot
Guests book a real slot and get instant confirmation on email or Telegram — with an Add-to-Google-Calendar button, so the booking lands in their own calendar too.
The right table, every time
Tell G-Guest a table seats two and it will never be offered to a party of six. No double bookings, no couple burning your big table on a Friday.
A guest book that writes itself — and it's yours
Every booking captures name and phone, visit history and notes — “window table”, “allergic to nuts”, “regular”. The whole list is yours to export any time, in one click. Never the platform's, never rented back to you.
More Google reviews, without asking twice
Mark a visit done and G-Guest quietly asks for you — a warm note to the guest, hours later, with your review link. Real reviews pile up while you do anything else.
Reminders that show up
Day-before and hour-before nudges with a one-tap “I'll be there” — so no-shows drop and you know who's actually coming.
Bookable by AI, on your own site
Your site publishes structured, machine-readable availability — the language AI reads — so a ChatGPT-style assistant can check your slots and finish a confirmed booking end to end. Google's own “Reserve” button rents you a commission partner and only works inside Google. G-Guest works for the assistants people actually ask, and keeps every guest yours.
The details owners fall in love with
Morning digest
One message at the start of the day: today's bookings, who's coming, how many covers.
One-tap control
Holiday? Private event? Anna's day off? Close a day, a slot or one master's schedule in a tap — the whole system obeys instantly.
A panel that's alive
New bookings appear by themselves and light up with a desktop pop-up. AI-made bookings are labelled.
A staff link
Your team gets a link that opens only the day's bookings — never your settings or guest book.
Walk-ins in seconds
Phone booking or someone at the door? Add them to a table or master in two taps.
Personal schedules & buffers
Anna works Tue–Sat, rooms get 15 minutes of turnover — the calendar respects all of it.
Every G-Lab website takes bookings. G-Guest makes them automatic
On every G-Lab site
Booking requests
- Guests send a request from your site
- It lands in your email — and that’s the only place it lands
- You confirm each one yourself
- An AI assistant can request a booking
The upgrade
Bookings that run themselves
- Guests book a real slot — confirmed in seconds, day or night, even mid-rush
- Reminders go out by themselves — no-shows drop, double bookings can’t happen
- Zero minutes of your day — nobody answers requests, nobody keeps a notebook
- An AI assistant completes a confirmed booking end to end
- Every booking grows your own guest book — names, visits, repeat guests
- After a good visit it quietly asks for the Google review for you
Included with the Growth plan at no extra cost — or €49/mo on its own.
Your team's side
Staff opens the day. It's already done
No confirming, no calling back, no notebook by the phone. Bookings arrive already confirmed and light up on the panel by themselves — walk-ins take two taps, a private event is one.
And quietly, underneath it all, your guest book grows with every booking — names, phones, visits, notes. Yours to keep, always.
Nothing is required from you. That’s the whole point.
Friday — today
4 bookings · 9 covers
Nothing to confirm, nothing to answer — the day is simply ready.
Platforms rent you their diners. G-Guest is your own guest book
Marketplaces bring traffic and charge for every booking, including your regulars. G-Guest converts the traffic that’s already yours: Google, Instagram, AI answers, people who know your name. Flat price. Your guests stay yours.
Even Google’s own “Reserve a table” button routes through one of these commission partners. G-Guest doesn’t — the booking, and the guest, are yours.
No per-booking cut
not even on your regulars
Your guest list, always
one-click export, never rented back
Bookable by AI
on your own site, no middleman

FAQ
G-Guest — frequently asked questions
Every G-Lab site already has a booking form — why do I need G-Guest?
The form collects requests — someone still has to answer each one (that someone is you). G-Guest isn't a smarter form. It's a different job entirely:
- Guests book a real slot and get instant confirmation — nobody confirms anything manually
- Reminders go out by themselves, so no-shows drop
- No double bookings — taken slots simply can't be booked
- Every booking grows your own guest base — names, visits, notes, all yours
- After a good visit, G-Guest quietly asks for a Google review for you — no reminder-app, no sticky note
- An AI assistant completes a confirmed booking end to end — with the form it can only ask
A form gets you leads to chase. G-Guest gets you guests who come back, and reviews that bring new ones.
How fast can it go live?
A day or two. Tell us your hours, days off and anything to block (holidays, private events) — one message is enough. We build your booking page, your tables or masters, your hours — run a test booking — and you're live. Nothing for you to install.
How do I hear about a new booking — and can my staff use it?
The moment a guest books, you get the confirmation instantly — by email, by Telegram, or both at once. You pick; change it anytime.
And it's built for a real team, not one login shared around:
- The owner sees everything — the full guest base, settings, hours, reports, and can export the list anytime
- Staff get their own access to run the day — see today's bookings, seat, move or add a guest — without touching your settings or exporting your guest list
- Everyone works off one live view, so the floor and the phone never double-book the same slot
I already use OpenTable or another platform. Should I switch?
Honest answer: they're different tools, and OpenTable is a strong product. It's a *marketplace* — its app brings you diners, and you pay for that: $149–499/mo plus $1.50 for every booking, including your own regulars.
G-Guest is not a marketplace. It's your own booking system, on your own site:
- It converts your traffic — Google, Instagram, AI answers, regulars — at €49/mo flat, no per-booking fees, ever
- Your guests stay yours — names, visits, contacts belong to you, not to a platform
- AI-bookable — assistants book you directly through your site, something platform widgets don't do
If OpenTable's marketplace genuinely fills your tables, keep it — some places run both. What many discover, though, is that most bookings were coming from their own name all along, and they were paying $1.50 each for guests who were already theirs.
Can an AI assistant really book through it?
Yes — that's the point. G-Guest exposes live availability in a way assistants can read, so an AI acting for a customer picks a real slot and completes a confirmed booking end to end. As more people ask AI where to go and let it book, you're already the business it can act on.
Is my guest list really mine? What if I cancel?
Yours, always — export it anytime, no questions.
If you cancel: the live booking flow stops, but your data is preserved, nothing is deleted. Come back and it switches on again the same day. We keep clients with a system that works, not with locked doors.
