AI Bookability Check

The G-Lab AI Bookability Check is a 0 to 100 measurement of a single local business across four dimensions, Online Presence, Customer Actions, AI Readiness and Agent-Ready Booking, showing whether it can be found, understood and booked by an AI assistant. The method is public and versioned; the exact internal weights are not.

One business, one number from 0 to 100, always stamped with the version of the method that produced it.

The four dimensions

Online Presence: whether a real person, and Google, can find the business at all. A reachable website, a complete Google and Maps profile, social profiles that resolve.

Customer Actions: whether a visitor can act without a dead end. A clear way to book, call, open the menu or get directions, on a phone, in seconds.

AI Readiness: whether the business facts are structured so a machine can read them. Clear, consistent hours, location, services and offer, in a form assistants and search AI can parse.

Agent-Ready Booking: whether an AI assistant, acting for a customer, could actually complete a booking. A findable booking path, readable date and time fields, and no wall that stops an agent cold.

What the number is not

It is not an industry standard and does not claim to be one. It is not a ranking: two businesses with the same result can fail in different places. It is not a promise that an assistant will recommend the business; it measures whether an assistant could complete the job if it tried.

A result is only comparable with another result produced under the same method version. Every published result carries that version, and the changelog is public, so a number can always be traced to the way it was measured.

Name and history

The measurement was published as the Agent-Ready Booking Score until September 2026 and is now called the AI Bookability Check. The sub-score for the fourth dimension keeps the name Agent-Ready Booking. Method version 1.0 is dated 21 July 2026.

How to cite this term

Method v1.0, dated 21 Jul 2026. The definition changes only when the method version changes; the address stays.
